About us

E12 Health (formally known as E12 Health Centre) is an innovative Medical Practice set in The London Borough of Newham – hosts of the Olympics 2012.

The practice was created from taking four smaller practices and merging them to create E12 Health in the modern purpose built building The Centre Manor Park.

E12 Health has a team of highly trained General Practitioners and Practice Nurses. We also have a highly trained Reception team.

The practice has recently undergone training through Eternal Alliances, to help the practice develop customer care. Through this training, we have been able to deliver excellent customer care to all of our patients and staff alike. 

We have recently received an award as we are  in the top 20  Independent Healthcare Organisations to work for in the United Kingdom according to Healthcare 100. We are proud to say that we are a team that is totally committed to the well being and health of our patients, and we will be continuing to improve our service all the time to evolve for our patients’ and community needs.

We are a training practice and are always looking for new and innovative ways to work in order to serve our community.
